Taiwan Public Opinion Survey today published its new poll. It shows that the approval ratings of Taiwan’s two main political parties, DPP and KMT, have no significant difference, at both approximately 23%. By contrast, 34.9% of respondents have no specific party preference, and this indicates Taiwan is now faced with ‘party dealignment’. In addition, It is worth noticing that the percentage of respondents who have positive impression on China (48.8%) is higher than that of people who have negative impression on the country (43.3%).
